Unfortunately, State seals are not in the public domain and most states require special permission for use outside of official business. As a result, we cannot add the state seal to the diploma or certificate without written permission.

Before physical diplomas are sent, a digital proof is emailed for your final approval. It is yours to keep and print if you wish. Due to the limit in file sizes for email, it will be compressed, and some quality may be lost.

For a homeschool graduate, this is an official document when in accordance with your state laws and signed by the administrator of your home education, usually your parent or parents.  McAllister Park Diplomas are not issuing certificates of graduation; your parent, guardian, or home educator is responsible for the validity and validation of this certificate.

This certificate is not a provided accreditation; no verification, certification, or validation is made by McAllister Park Design (DBA McAllister Park Diplomas). We are just the designer of the certificate.

It is understood that falsifying documents is a serious offense. Colleges will pull transcripts from your prior school directly, and jobs will likely contact the school for verification. For homeschoolers, jobs or colleges may require copies of state records stating you were home-educated or a transcript from your tutor, parent(s), or umbrella school.

For High School Diplomas, WE ONLY WORK WITH HOMESCHOOLERS AND VERIFIABLE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE U.S.A. (or in unique circumstances such as military, ex-pats, or missionaries outside of the U.S.A.)

I will not create student diplomas for public or private traditional schools, schools outside the United States, or any colleges unless you are a school administrator. If you need a replacement diploma, contact the school or local Board of Education where you graduated.

Expect the process to take up to five to seven days if you respond promptly to emails.  After your approval, it is shipped the same day or the next business day depending on the postal pickup schedule. The certificate is shipped via USPS with a tracking number.

Homeschooling is legal in all 50 states. We provide diplomas to home educators within the United States and its territories, U.S. Missionaries serving overseas (with a U.S. mailbox for shipping), and Military Service Members (APO/FPO/DPO) who are homeschooling while stationed overseas.

Due to the nature of this customized product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If we made an error, such as the wrong paper, please contact us to make it right and we will make the correction and ship at our expense.

If the package is damaged during the shipping process, please forward pictures of the damage so we can make a claim with the USPS or UPS. We will re-print and ship at no additional expense.

All diplomas’ and certificates are pre-approved by the customer for verification, prior to printing and shipping. In this way, we can be sure that your order is written exactly as you requested. If for any reason, you made an error, accidentally, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint with the correction and you only pay shipping and handling costs.
